As a show of our commitment to quality, BlueForce collects monthly data sets in the standardized performance measures of (1) Do not return rate for clinical reasons, (2) Do not return rate for professional reasons, and (3) Completeness of personnel file. BlueForce submits this data reporting to The Joint Commission quarterly and undergoes voluntary on-site evaluation by The Joint Commission every other year.
